About RT Secure

Built to prevent, not just to react

Our story

A locally operated security company

RT Secure is built around one core principle: delivering dependable protection, rapid response and lasting peace of mind to the clients and communities we serve. We operate within the areas we know well, and that familiarity translates directly into faster, better-informed responses on the ground.

The company was founded by a Close Protection Officer, bringing established experience in close protection, security operations and risk management into the foundation of the business. That discipline is evident throughout our operation — in how a scene is approached, how information is recorded and handed over, and how every client is briefed once an incident is resolved.

Our objective extends beyond responding to incidents. We aim to prevent them wherever possible, respond decisively when they occur, and earn long-term trust through consistent, professional service.

What we stand on

Mission, vision and values

Our mission

To provide dependable protection, rapid response and genuine peace of mind — combining technology, visibility and highly committed personnel into one comprehensive security solution.

Our vision

To be the security company our communities call first: known for arriving quickly, communicating clearly and preventing far more incidents than we attend.

Our values

Protection, integrity and reliability. They are on our vehicles because they are the three things a client should be able to take for granted from us.

Our team

Who you get when you call

Our operational team consists of experienced management, dedicated control room personnel, armed response officers, security guards and trained fire responders — all working to the same procedures rather than as separate contractors.

  • Management — hands-on operational oversight, client liaison and incident review.
  • Control room — signal monitoring, dispatch and the log of everything that happens on your site.
  • Armed response officers — the vehicle that arrives, trained for confrontation and de-escalation alike.
  • Security guards — static and access-control personnel for residential, commercial and event work.
  • Fire responders — trained crew for our in-house fire response vehicle.

Training & standards

Competency is maintained, not assumed

Carrying a firearm on duty is a responsibility, not a credential. Our armed officers train on the range regularly to keep their handling, accuracy and safe-carry discipline sharp — because the moment that competency is needed, there is no time to build it.

  • Regular range time — structured practice sessions, not once-off qualification.
  • Safe handling first — drawing, clearing and holstering drilled until they are automatic.
  • Judgement under pressure — knowing when not to shoot matters as much as marksmanship.
  • Ongoing assessment — officers are reviewed on conduct and decision-making, not just paperwork.

How we work

Proactive first, reactive when it counts

A proactive approach means visibility, patrol patterns that change, and picking up the phone before a problem grows. When something does happen, the response is already planned.

Assess

We walk the property, note weak points, entrances, lighting and existing equipment before quoting anything.

Deter

Marked patrols, signage and visible presence make your property a poor target long before an alarm sounds.

Respond

Activation to dispatch happens in our own control room, with the nearest armed unit on the way immediately.

Report back

You get feedback on what happened, what was found and what we recommend changing.
